founder of Hot Sugar Baker, discovered her love for vegan baking after transitioning from vegetarian to vegan in 2012 and wanting to figure out how to bake an amazing chocolate cake without eggs. When she first moved to NYC, she pursued a career in musical theatre and travelled the country performing in shows. After a few years of the nomad lifestyle, she decided to focus her energy on growing Hot Sugar Baker so that she could offer vegan treats to the NYC area.
